Robert Njathika has over eight years’ experience working for the government, non-governmental organizations and academia. Currently, a blogger based in Nairobi.
Prior to this, Robert was a Local Project Manager for an EU funded Cultural Project that sought to improve livelihoods of artists going by the name, the Structural Support to the Cultural Sectors in Kenya and Tanzania.
Robert has also worked as an Associate Program Manager for the African Union Cyber-security Convention Project at Strathmore Law School’s Centre for Intellectual Property and Informational Technology Law, CIPIT.
Robert is now the editor of NairobiNow, a site that is popular in Nairobi for arts and cultural events. The site has a weekly newsletter which serves over three thousand subscribers in Nairobi.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science major and Economics minor from the University of Nairobi and has a CPA I qualification from Strathmore University.
